Of course you can make passive sentences in any tense, and as a question or a negative sentence.
Negatives are easy. All you need to do is follow the rule for passives (use be + V3) and add “not.”
For questions, put your first verb before the subject.
Here are all the possibilities in the present tense:
Active:
We speak the word.
The word is spoken.
Is the word spoken?
The word isn’t spoken.
In the plural:
We speak the words.
The words are spoken.
Are the words spoken?
The words aren’t spoken.
Exercise
Write passive sentences (affirmative, questions and negatives). To keep things simple, all these sentences are in the present tense.
1 Does her new husband carry her through the front door?

3 The racing driver runs his car through a sharp curve without braking even once.
